• General Directorate of Legal Affairs

      Duties:

      1- Preparing the documents for cases to be referred to courts by [MO, either as defendant or plaintiff

      2- Taking part, as LMO's representatives in courts as well as other official bodies

      3. Responding to legal questions required by LMO authorities and offering legal advice to them.

      4- Handling referred cases by related authorities

      5. Revising and correction of referred contracts, agreements and MOU's from legal point of view.

      6- Preparing the required documents for developing needed Legal bills, resolutions, statutes and by laws.

      7- Reviewing the current laws and legal rules and providing comments for creating unified legal precedent.

      8- Preparing reports of convened sessions and meetings as required by the higher rank authorities.

      9 - Providing legal services for LMO employees
